The ladder
Amounts are totals, not per referral — reaching a new rung tops you up to that number. Get to 3 referrals and you'll have earned $20 in all, not $20 each.

Questions
When does a referral count?
Once the person you referred has been a paying subscriber for 7 days. The wait covers refunds — we'd rather pay a week later than claw money back from you.
What counts as a referral?
Someone who signs up through your link and subscribes to any paid plan. Free trials don't count on their own, and neither does someone who was already a pip user.
How do I get paid?
Tell pip where to send it — USDC, UPI or PayPal. Payouts are sent manually, so allow a few days after a milestone clears.
Can I refer myself?
No, and it wouldn't be worth it. Every rung pays less than the subscriptions behind it cost, so the maths never works out in your favour. Self-referrals are rejected automatically.
Is there a limit?
No cap on referrals. The published ladder tops out at 25 — if you get there, message us, because at that point we should be talking properly.
My friend uses Discord. Does the link still work?
Yes. Discord invites can't carry a referral code, so your link shows them a short code like ref abc123 to paste to pip in a DM. Same result.
